Company focuses on staffing call center jobs in Chicago

Advanced Resources, a Chicago staffing agency, has created a new division that will focus on staffing for call center jobs in Chicago, among other locations.
The talent solutions provider has introduced their new Call Center staffing specialty arm.
This specialized team of recruiters will focus on identifying and recruiting call center talent.
Advanced Resources said they developed their Call Center specialty to help clients overcome some of the biggest challenges related to recruiting call center talent. Finding candidates who will succeed in a call center environment can be difficult.
The company cited the fact that 64% of U.S. call centers now find it a “major struggle” or “somewhat of a challenge” to find quality applicants for call center positions. With an average turnover of 30%, the high churn in call center positions can cost companies anywhere from $3,000 – $15,000 per candidate to recruit, hire, and train.
